This was a fun shoot to do, very informal. I was at Vera's house and she had this amazing piece of cloth hanging over a chair. One thing led to another, and we ended up on her balcony just as the sun was setting.
I was using the piece of cloth to cover my head when looking at the pictures I had previously taken when this idea came into my head.
I love how it really shows up Vera's hair colour, it's always looked like gold to me (hence the title).
Taken with Vera's camera, an Olympus Mju, as I hadn't brought mine. No special make-up was done, and I like the natural look.
And might I say that submitting work on here is really quite intimidating. I get the feeling I'll be hung, drawn and quartered if I submit something in the wrong category. But I guess I was kinda nervous to begin with.
Enjoy!
I give full permission to submit this into their gallery.
Yeah, her name is Vera. I've never seen Vera keep one haircolour as long as black, I'm pleased she's got her natural colour back. I happen to know a hairdresser used it to make a new hairdye from, it's so unique. Appreciate the beauty!

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
